Spinifex Health Services based in Tjuntjuntjara in WA is looking for a general manager to run their health and aged care services.  Tjuntjuntjara is a remote community of around 150 people located 650 kms east of Kalgoorlie.  The Spinifex people (Pila Ngaru) have occupied this land for over 20,000 and have recently been recognized as an Indigenous Protected Area.  The position requires some one with high level problem solving skills demonstrated innovation in service delivery and a proven ability to work along side the community controlled Board. 

The successful application must also be able to argue for additional funding meet funding guidelines and all other legal requirement of grants that the organisation holds.   Most importantly ensuring a quality service is delivered to the community is a challenge of this role.

Salary is $160,000 per annum plus salary sacrifice.  The position is 6 weeks on 3 weeks off with 4 weeks holiday.
