To excel in this role, we require candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:
• Certificate IV or higher in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care or equivalent.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong knowledge of primary health principles and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and computer literacy.
