To excel in this role, we require candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Certificate IV or higher in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care or equivalent.
Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Strong knowledge of primary health principles and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and computer literacy.
