We have two exciting opportunities for enthusiastic Aboriginal Health Worker / Practitioners to join Diabetes Victoria and assist in the implementation, promotion, and delivery of the Aboriginal program. This role involves connecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living with or affected by diabetes, the Aboriginal health workforce, and key stakeholders with Diabetes Victoria.
