Your role:

Working in collaboration with the SMO and an extensive team, you will daily build meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients, while holistically approaching health concerns to close the gap. 

We aim to provide culturally sensitive, coordinated, comprehensive and continuing care to both individuals and families. 

Working closely with a vast array of allied health and specialist services, Gurriny is tirelessly advocating for the community to improve wellbeing.

Full time applicants also have the option of a nine-day fortnight and salary sacrificing due to PBI status.

We are offering both permanent full time and permanent part time opportunities.

 A standard full-time roster would be 10 x 8 hour shifts per/fortnight.

Shift hours are from 8am to 4:30pm, with no on-call requirements.

Our clinic operates Monday to Friday with no clinic operating on public holidays.

 

About you:

You will be an experienced Medical Practitioner with a demonstrated passion for delivering person-centred care through living our values and through exceptional communication. 

In alignment with our values, you have a commitment to ongoing professional development and will present with:

  • Current & unrestricted general registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA;
  • Minimum of 3 years post Graduate experience;
  • Recent relevant acute care experience and confidence in managing complex patients;
  • Understanding of National Safety and Quality in Health care standards,
  • Workplace Health and Safety Act and infection control procedures;
  • Current unrestricted work entitlements in Australia
