We also expect that you will care about what you do, and want to do it well, so that you can achieve the level of patient care that all patients deserve.

We strive to provide the best services to our patients. This service starts from the first phone call or email a patient sends and continues with every visit to our clinic. As you are the first point of call for our patients we require a Medical Receptionist who will assist patients, practitioners and other staff and enable the smooth and efficient operation of the practice.

Your duties will include:

  • Answering phone calls promptly
  • Responding to email enquiries

  • Submitting Medicare claims
  • Working closely with practitioners and the team
  • Providing administrative support and performing ad hoc duties

We expect the successful candidate to produce work that is accurate, timely and that they will treat patients with kindness and professionalism at all times. To be that someone who really notices and cares about our patients and what they need, ensuring they feel supported and all interactions are conducted in a culturally sensitive way – if this is you please apply today!

ABOUT YOU

The number one priority at our practice is our patient. Therefore, attention to detail and great customer service are vital characteristics that you will be able to bring to the role.

The successful candidate will be provided with comprehensive training in our systems, processes, and procedures, as well as in-house support to ensure the success of our new team members. In addition, the new team members will be joining a team of dedicated and enthusiastic people, in a business where everyone is treated with respect and valued for their contribution. We are committed to development and providing opportunities for individuals.

Previous experience providing customer/patient service in a high-quality environment will be highly regarded. An administration qualification would be highly regarded, but not essential.
