Bulgarr Ngaru Medical Aboriginal Corporation (BNMAC) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO) set up in 1991 in response to a 1984 Commonwealth Government report recommending a medical facility be established to monitor, diagnose and treat Aboriginal people affected by exposure to asbestos at the Baryulgil asbestos mine. BNMAC provides primary healthcare and dental services via clinics in clinics in Casino, Grafton, Maclean and Tweed Heads as well as outreach services to Box Ridge, Buryulgil, Coraki, Mul Muli, Tabulam and Yamba.
